The teachers of the RSE “Karlygash Kindergarten” of the Medical Center of the President’s Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a seminar on sharing the best practices with more than 100 peers from other preschools of the capital.

The deputy head of the Medical Center Gulnar Abdullina noted the readiness of the kindergarten to become a resource center for the Ministry and help to update the content of preschool education. “Over 10 years, with the support of the Medical Center of the Administration of the President’s Affairs, we had an excellent opportunity to learn the best world practices in the field of preschool education, developed regulatory documents in the area of medical support and safe stay of children in preschools, and are ready to share our experience with the Ministry” she said.

The director of the Center for Preschool Children of the Ministry Olga Kumisbekova,
recommended transferring kindergarten’s unique experience not only within the capital, but also to the whole republic. “The experience sharing is one of the modes to enhance professional skills. This is the most important aspect in our work, because quality of education depends on the quality of teaching staff,” she added.

The seminar participants learnt the innovative methods for developing children's 4Cs: creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration. In addition, they participated in master classes and excursion quests, observed digital technologies, including the unique “virtual museum” project, which has no analogues in Kazakhstan.

Within the seminar, the National Center for Research, Learning and Health improvement Center "Bobek" and the Medical Center of the Administration of the President’s Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of exchange of pedagogical experience.

The seminar was organized as a part of the implementation of the Elbasy N. Nazarbayev’s message delivered to the people of Kazakhstan on 5 October 2018. In that message he noted the importance of 4Cs model, as well as developing thinking, mental and creative abilities of children from an early age.
