Game stretching contributes to children’s holistic development and health improvement. It develops mobility and stretches the body muscles. The game stretching method does not have age restrictions, children can start practicing it from 3 years old.
Teachers use some elements of this method in the morning gymnastics, during physical leisure activities and at celebration events.
The teacher organizes physical education in a playful way, in a role-playing mode or thematic game, and can use sports equipment (balls - hoppas, correction balls, cubes, etc.). Children follow the teacher and depict various animals and trees. Music suits the plot of the game.
Calm dynamic and static stretching of the body muscles and the joint-ligamentous apparatus of the arms, legs, and spine, prevent postural disorders and correct it, have a profound healing effect on the whole body.
