Voskobovich’s methodology (Russia) is a multifunctional and universal complex of colorful developmental games focused on the cognitive activity of children. The methodology is systematized by age and educational objectives. The principle of technology is play-based learning. Interaction between an adult and children takes place through the implementation of a certain plot (games and fairy tales).

By using the Voskobovich’s play-based learning aids, the teacher gives children a game problem, which develops a large number of learning skills. By playing and constructing children master numbers and letters; recognize and remember colors and shapes; develop fine motor skills; improve their speech, thinking, attention, memory and imagination.

Through this technique children learn counting, reading, understanding geometric shapes and plane navigation. Moreover, children learn to analyze, compare, and concentrate through thinking complex ideas and accomplishing initiated projects. This prepares them for a school.
