Learning to read in 15 lessons by the method of O. Lysenko (Kazakhstan) is a set of didactic materials, games and assignments aimed at teaching children to read through outdoor games.
At literacy class, the teacher offers children to listen to the sounds and pronounce them. Having consolidated the knowledge of sounds, the teacher proceeds to learning letters. He explains the relationship between letters and sounds, and teaches to combine vowels and consonants into syllables. Using different outdoor games with cards, the teacher makes children read two-sound, then three-sound syllables. Such lessons teach children to read - motivate them to accelerate the pace of reading syllables, and move on to reading words.
This technique teaches children to analyze and play with sounds. It allows learning an alphabet fast and in an interesting way, teaches children to make sound analysis and syllabic reading, without boring sitting at the table.
